SCAO Releases Guide For Conducting Online Mediation
The Michigan State Court Administration Office’s Office of Dispute Resolution has released a guide to help mediators extend their skills in mediating with parties face-to-face to the online environment. It covers a new aspects of mediating in an online environment as well as helpful resources found in Zoom.
